Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return

Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you, as well as instructions on how to return the item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the right item is to return the product you have. Once the return is accepted and received, we will send a replacement within 24 hours.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
