- Order status, shipping and returns. Include your order number and we can pull it up straight away.
- Warranty claims. As an authorized dealer we can process manufacturer warranty support for Klarus and TrustFire products bought from us.

Are you an authorized Klarus and TrustFire dealer?
Yes. That matters for two reasons: the products are genuine, and the manufacturer warranty is valid. Grey-market flashlights bought through unauthorized channels usually are not covered.
