Great light but not for holstered weapons

Love the way it fits on Glock but had to return because it does not fit in holster 😞 and the push button on the bottom was a bit awkward to push especially in high pressure low light situations

Good construction - awkward on/off button location

Overall, I am pleased with this light. Fit's a Glock 19 like a glove. East mounting system. The on/off button is located on the bottom of the light, but above natural finger placement making it a concerted effort to turn it off and on. That being said, I still like it and would recommend it.

Bright lite!

Very nice light very bright! The fit is good and tight without to much play I have it on my Glock 20 and the real test will be if it can handle the recoil of the 10mm and still work if it can will then you cant beat the price!

Love the extra light in dark situations, but need better contacts with holster manufactures.

Once I figured out the step to attach the light to my Glock it was easy. I love how bright it is and that I can turn it on and off on both sides of the flashlight. However if not in its proper holster I have found the light being hit and turned on by accident. I felt my leg start to burn and realized the light was on. I have been trying to find a holster that will fit my Glock 23 40 cal with the flashlight. I’m not having any luck.

Nice little light.

Good light not my personal choice

Review was it works as it says id say theres other options that fit my needs a little better though but if you were looking for a reasonble well constructed PISTOL light it will fullfill the need of light on/off switch is appropriatly placed for maximum light on to trigger and back so in a tactical situation id say it works but im one of those people that wants blinding bright for my use thanks for reading

Light doesn't charge

So I ordered mine in june and it's now September I've used my light a couple of times because the weapon it's on stays in my gun bag along with the light ....Its never been dropped but for some reason it wont hold a charge and I've charged it over night this is a 90.00 dollor light that shouldn't have just stopped taking a charge........Any answers would be helpful

Lightweight and VERY Bright!

I was looking for a lightweight weapon light for my G17 that wouldn't leave me destitute from the price. The TrustFire GO1 seemed to fit the bill. I really didn't expect much for the price, but I was pleasantly surprised. Amazed even!
The GO1 has a very bright and clear light with very good range. The two functions (Steady-On or Strobe) work perfectly, and the battery life is outstanding. I absolutely love this light and am now curious about the GO2.
You may need to watch what type of holster you attempt to use with this light attached to your pistol as the switch/button is located on the bottom of the light as opposed to being on the tail/rear of the unit.
Overall I am very pleased with this light and would suggest it as a highly capable option to the over-priced other lights on the market. If you need an affordable light that's capable, you won't be disappointed with the GO1.

Nice and low profile

I mounted this on the top rail of a rifle and it's great because its low enough profile it doesn't affect my field of view through an optic. Love that its rechargeable. The quick mount could be a little easier and higher quality but for the price it is right.

I bought 2 of the GM23 lights and have been fairly impressed. One of the lights has had no problems...the other,two small screws on the back of the light had started to back out. Small dab of blue loctite and retightened them. No more problem. I'm about to order the GM35

How many lumens do I actually need?

More than most people expect to hear: usually fewer than you think. 200 to 500 lumens covers everyday tasks, 500 to 1,500 covers work and duty use, and above that you are buying reach rather than usable working light. Runtime drops sharply at maximum output on every light ever made.

What is the difference between lumens and beam distance?

Lumens measure total light output. Candela measures beam intensity, and that is what determines how far a light throws. A tightly focused 1,000-lumen thrower will out-distance a 3,000-lumen floodlight, which is why reflector design matters as much as the headline number.

Which battery does it take, and do you sell spares?

Most of our lights use a built-in or removable lithium-ion cell such as a 14500, 16340, 18650, 21700 or 26650. The size is listed in the product specifications. We stock protected cells in all of those sizes plus a multi-chemistry charger, so you can keep a charged spare ready.
