TrustFire Mini X3 Pro
The TrustFire Mini X3 Pro is the multi-tool of the group. Its white spotlight is rated at 2,050 lumens with a 590-foot beam, and it adds a warm floodlight, 365nm UV, a green laser, and red and blue light. None of those are gimmicks if you inspect surfaces, check for leaks, point things out on a job site, or want softer light up close.
USB-C charging, a battery indicator and a magnetic tail for hands-free use cover the day-to-day details. The trade-off is water resistance: IPX6 handles rain but not submersion. It also does not publish runtimes, so judge it on features rather than endurance.
Klarus FlatTac X1
The Klarus FlatTac X1 is built around output. At 4,200 lumens and 10,800 candela it reaches further than any other light here. The OLED display shows battery level and mode in real time, dual tail switches give instant turbo and strobe, and a proximity sensor drops output when the light is close to an object.
Be realistic about that 4,200 figure. Turbo is a burst of about 15 seconds before the light steps down to manage heat. The X1 is a light for instant, intense output when you need it, not for holding maximum brightness. Like the Mini X3 Pro, it is rated IPX6.
Olight Arkfeld Ultra
The Arkfeld Ultra is a refined, well-made flat light with 1,400 lumens of white light, 365nm UV and a green laser. Its strengths are regulation and endurance: turbo holds for about four minutes before settling at 420 lumens for two more hours, and the 1-lumen moon mode runs for 11 days. It is also rated IPX7.
The downsides are price, a proprietary magnetic charging cable instead of USB-C, and much lower intensity (2,630 candela), so it does not reach as far as the FlatTac X1 or Mini X3 Pro.
Streamlight Wedge XT
The Wedge XT is straightforward and predictable. It has two outputs, 500 lumens for two hours or 50 lumens for 11 hours, a tactical tail switch, five-tap lockout, a waterproof USB-C port and an IPX7 rating. At 2.62 ounces it is by far the lightest here, and Streamlight backs it with a limited lifetime warranty.
Its minimal feature set is intentional. If you want a simple light that does one thing reliably, it is a good choice. If you want output or extra light sources, the others offer more.
